FINA World Junior Diving Championships 2010 - Day 1

1 to 6 September 2010 - Tucson

The first day saw four British athletes in the mix as the competition began with the 1m and 3m Springboard events.

Alicia Blagg and Hannah Starling were the first British athletes that took to the boards and both began the 1m Springboard prelims well. Blagg enjoyed consistency in her dives and qualified for the final in ninth place. Starling was looking close to joining her in the final but dropped her penultimate dive and finished in 14th place to miss the final by just five points.

FINA Grand Prix 2010 - Rostock and Moscow

26 to 28 February 2010 - Rostock
3 to 6 March 2010 - Moscow

Two British Diving teams, powered by British Gas, are ready for their first international challenges of 2010 taking on tough international competition at the FINA Grand Prix.

The 2009 World Championships saw a number of impressive performances from British divers and the team will be looking to continue their form into 2010.

The FINA Grand Prix series sees divers competing in all Olympic events on the 3m and 10m boards in both synchro and individual events.
