IoS online user guide

You may be aware that the Institute of Swimming has a brand new online home at www.theiosonline.com, the place to go for all your aquatic education and training needs.

The introduction of the site has come hand-in-hand with a few changes to IoS internal systems, one of which is in connection with vouchers previously issued to you. In order to redeem your current swim21 / ASA License Vouchers, you will firstly need to create a user account on the new website and then return the vouchers to the IoS at the address provided, along with your IoS website user name so that they can identify your online IoS account. The IoS admin team will then credit your online IoS account with the value of the vouchers.

Don’t worry, the registration process is simplicity itself but to help you with any queries, attached is a copy of the IoS online user guide (24 pages).

Visit the site today and explore! For any queries please call the IoS on 01509 640640 or email iosadmin@swimming.org
